Thermo liner stops heat loss to unheated areas. For instance basements, meter enclosures and staircases. The interior walls of these areas can be lined with thermo liner. Thermo liner has a silver finish and can also be used to reduce heat radiation from walls and ceilings. However, do not use this material as a replacement for wall insulation. It is not suitable for this purpose.
